Psychedelic with a hint of India influences brings forth fresh ideas based on a familiar sound.

2008

The second release from Carl Elizondo & The Royal Union Of Architects titled "Tomes Of Lore" as they bring experience to their craft. Indulging in writing, playing, producing & recording, all created at their Soundesign Studio located in Virginia City, near Reno Nevada. They have many influences some being of course The Beatles, Oasis, Kasabian, India Influences mixed with the 60's psychedelia and world music percussion.  Carl is a B&W photographer & oil on canvas artist, and maybe a bit psychotic?..... Perhaps. a true Warrior Poet!

2010 

The third release from Carl Elizondo &The Royal Union Of  Architects titled "Pieces Of Eight" as they continue to walk a line giving into their passions of heart felt pop and driven rock, depending on which of the voices in Carls head drive him on any particular day. As previously stated he's living in the U.S. with the Union Jack wrapped firmly around his music. Carl gives the songs a Brit Rock feel, while still at the helm of production.

The long awaited fifth release from Carl Elizondo & The Royal Union Of Architects, after taking a 5 year break to iron out life. They have come out with "Curious Amusements For The Ingenious" a 10 track collection of songs about life, love and pulling the knives out of your back from "so called" friends. The Architects are following the same recipe that they have followed for years writing British inspired U.S.Rock.

Carl & The Architects weave melodies and rhythm into a fantastic blanket of sound. The layering of vocals over blended guitars, bass & keyboards plus having a solid drum beat as a canvass proves to be the winning combination, The songs are catchy little earworms that stay with you, regardless of what you are doing. Spring- 2025

The Eleventh Release from Carl Elizondo  & The Royal Union Of Architects. This will be the First album to feature a guest lead guitarist on some songs.

Writing these next two albums came as an anomaly. Since I retired, I realized I had time to relax and not try so hard, and when I did, I was able to write 20 songs in one set of sessions which was literally maybe two weeks! I was stunned to say the least and rather than releasing all 20 songs on an extended album, I decided to release two separate albums.

This was part two of my 20 song writing marathon that I decided to release on its own. These songs are influenced by ELO, Nada Surf and Teenage Fanclub, and have a nice European pop feel to them. Many songs are from life's experiences as well as made up stories that swim in me brain. This burst of songs helped me to realize that I do indeed have much more to offer, not to say that anyone would ever hear any of my songs, but for me it's a win win.This will be the second album to feature  guest lead guitarists on some songs, We cant wait!
